ComVest Corporation is a member of

and was formed in 1992, primarily for the purpose of
representing multi-family property owners in their negotiations with communication providers. The principals have many years of experience in all phases of the business and have represented many of the nation's largest developers, owners, and service providers.

By keeping abreast of the changing marketplace, ComVest's representatives are able to take advantage of specific situations that can benefit our clients. Increased competition in some markets or potential acquisitions in other markets can provide opportunities that can only be realized by having a significant awareness of industry developments.

The LaBrec Financial Group has been providing investment consulting services to clients in the Southeast since 1976 and has been involved in nearly all aspects of the cable television industry since 1984. The various companies that make up the organization also have considerable experience in many other areas of business consulting.

The LaBrec Financial Group is one of the few organizations ever to be named by Inc. Magazine as a member of the "Inc. 500" list of fastest growing, privately held companies for THREE CONSECUTIVE YEARS.

The number of clients we currently represent has more than doubled in the past three years, and during that time alone, ComVest finalized communications Service Agreements worth over $25,000,000 to our clients.
