Robert E. LaBrec, CEO, is the founder of ComVest Corporation and has been involved in building, developing and operating over thirty (30) cable television systems over the last twenty-eight (28) years. He has provided communications consulting services to property owners representing hundreds of thousands of apartment units throughout the United States and was also the owner and principal of LaBrec Securities, Inc., which specialized in funding real estate investment partnerships.

Mr. LaBrec is a graduate of the University of Florida and has been in the financial services business since 1968. He is a Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter, and he is the Chairman and CEO of the LaBrec Financial Group.

The LaBrec Financial Group was recognized by INC. magazine as one of the INC. 500 fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States in 1985, 1986 and 1987, one of only a handful of organizations to ever receive this honor for three (3) consecutive years.

Rusty Green, President, has been affiliated with the LaBrec Financial Group for over twenty-five (25) years and has gained a considerable amount of experience in contract analysis and operations management in several businesses, primarily involving cable television and real estate. He acquired his knowledge of the communications industry working with Group L Communications, Inc., a successful private cable television operator that developed and sold over thirty (30) cable television systems. He has specialized in analyzing and negotiating communications contracts and Service Agreements for ComVest since 1997.

Mr. Green is also a licensed real estate broker and has been involved in the construction, development, and sales of many real estate projects. His experience in rental property management also provides him with the perspective necessary to work successfully with apartment owners and managers.

William H. Schodorf, Senior Vice President, joined ComVest in 2001, bringing with him considerable experience in marketing and negotiating communication contracts for property owners. He was previously the President of New Millennium Digital, a communications marketing company that represented several private cable companies and high-speed Internet providers. During a four (4) year period he built a network of twenty-five (25) marketing representatives throughout the United States who were responsible for implementing many new Service Agreements.

Mr. Schodorf is a graduate of Bowling Green University and has thirty-four years of business experience in technology and marketing management through key positions held at Eastman Kodak and Sun Oil Company. He also holds a General Building Contractor's License in North and South Carolina.
